Following a comprehensive assessment. Our nutritionist will work with the young person and their carers to suggest ways to make practical changes to help relieve the young person’s symptoms and conditions. Our experience has shown that children are more likely to make changes once they understand the connection between what they eat and how they feel. We will work with the young person to show how worthwhile it is to persevere with the suggested changes.
A nutritional programme is designed specifically to meet the needs of the individual child. Supplements may be suggested to support specific aspects of their health, generally however, we believe that a balanced diet provides the foundation to health.
