Imagery techniques help reduce fears, anxieties, worries, bad memories, traumas, unhelpful habits and emotions. This sometimes takes minutes.

Everybody can visualise – What colour is your front door? Children can visualise better than adults. If you are a child in trouble, and you are looking at the world you are living in and feeling it and sensing it in every way, and it doesn’t work; then maybe one way out is to experience it differently. Imagery is about finding a more useful way of experiencing the world you are living in.
