The treatments – 3 sessions
Imagery
Mandy was shown some magic tricks to gain rapport and was shown the baboushka doll – which shows that one doll has a sad face, but later has a happy face (i.e. problems can be overcome) Two traumas were disclosed and were cleared with a “rewind” Also balloons were used to clear feelings. At the second session sleeping was reported as a problem and a “dream arm” and a “Superhero” was installed, then work was done on her “problem” self, and her sister, and her Mum and Dad. Mandy was upset when her scooter had been destroyed by a bully and she cleared this by Visualising a good memory and transposing it over the incident.
Nutrition
The family had explanations of how foods related to their history of illnesses, as well as bad temper. It was suggested to change to whole foods, and as Mandy did not eat much fruit and vegetables they were showed how to introduce new foods into their diet. Supplements of fish oil and a multi vitamin were suggested. By the second session the whole family were trying new foods and Mum was making home made sauces and soups.
Massage
Mandy chose to have her feet massaged at the first session and at the second session Mum and Dad were shown and practised a massage routine to use at home each night before bedtime
The Results
Mum and Dad were so pleased; other people had noticed how they all looked better! Mandy was getting on with her sister and sleeping well.
Mum and Dad felt it exceeded their expectations and everyone enjoyed their visits and the whole family of 6 benefited, so much so that they arranged to bring Mandy’s sister.
