Charity’s Successful Results Published in Annual Review
Two thirds of the families who seek help for their child from Clover House Therapy see their child’s problems resolved in just 3 Sessions.
The Charity, founded in 1996, published its Annual Review last week. Said Spokesperson , Rita Marshall, “There is no such thing as failure here. It is just a matter of how many sessions it takes to overcome each child’s individual problems”.
Rita added, “Clover House has become well-known for its successful work with children diagnosed as ADHD. But this treatment helps so many other children as well. For instance, there is a lot in the Media these days about the effects of poor diet on children; how many children out there are overweight or under-nourished. This is something we have known for years, and Nutrition is a key component of our Therapy. If a child is overweight, then there are usually many others issues too, like anxiety and lack of self-worth. Clover House Therapy is Holistic and treats the child, not just his or her symptoms. Obesity can be overcome – easily and quite naturally”.
Rita says she was inspired to write to Jamie Oliver after reading in a Colour Supplement last week what his feelings were on the average content of a child’s lunchbox. “He is right. One peep in a few shopping trolleys is enough to tell you that lots of children go to school with inadequate nourishment to get them through the day”
Elaine Newcombe-Jones, Nutritionist at Clover House says, “Teachers complain they can’t hold their pupils concentration. Of course they can’t, because all these ‘Quick Fix’ nice-to-eat foods are lacking in the sustainable energy. Snacks and Choc Bars don’t satisfy hunger - the pangs are back again in a very short time”.
